Journal Update After 2 years
Hello, Its been 2 years after I updated my last journal.
In there I talk about my job or rather my previous job that I wanted to quit. From that time I stayed for 2 school years [2015-2016 and 2016-2017]. Alot have happened and that stayed for another year prove to be really hard on psyche.
There are point where I just cried I don't like to be there anymore and that I'm staying for job security reason with no progress in sight.
The journal help remind why I need to jump ship for my own good. I also learned how sometimes really music help people to find their strength. I started becoming a fan of a k-girlgroup; They reminded of my passion
I'm an Instructor, maybe.
I thought my new tablet will be coming today (a weekend) but no. This is probably the last week that I will be this free. I'll be back to the hectic schedule an instructor/library assistant/club adviser will have since school is starting tomorrow for my students. The same way my class at the graduate school will start in a month or so.
My art life kinda trolling me, at the time I have some time to do some artwork my tablet kick the bucket and i needed to order a new one. I have one inked drawing that my students will probably be using into their light novel project.

Kakukaku Shikajika ~ a manga tribute to a mentor
Today the translation for one of my favourite manga ends. Such a wonderful ending to a wonderful story and a wonderful tribute to her mentor.
"Kakukaku Shikajika" by Higashimura Akiko an autobiography presented in a manga form tells the story of Higashimura-sensei's journey and struggles in becoming a manga author and the influence her mentor Hidaka-sensei has on her. Higashimura Akiko's manga is a very good reminder on how much a teacher inspires and influence a student as the case of Hidaka-sensei to not only Higahismura-sensei but to all the art students he thought is his shabby hut of a studio. It is also about achieving ones dream , th
Krita and Digital Painting Journey
I would like to introduce you to this awesome FLOSS (Free/Libre Open Source Software) for Digital painting, Krita.
I don't know if I have enough credentials to talk about this considering that I am bordering between beginner and intermediate when it comes to digital art, being a hobby artist. I hope though that you will try this awesome software.
How I learn about Krita:
I have tried to download Krita earlier this year but did not have the time to use it due to various reasons (that also leads me to doing no art in span of 3/4 year).
I learned Krita from the resident conceptual artist of Blender Projects, Mr. David Revoy
